Star Transportation John Biggs- Atlanta Falsified a chargeable accident on my DAC AFTER they gave me a 1 year safety cert. Nashville Tennessee

At the end of my employment with SCAR (Star Transportation), a less than sympathetic Fleet Manager,(We'll call him George-cuz thats his name) sent me 3 different QC messages about the drop time for a load, (alledgedly). I got 2 of them, to empty my load on Sunday.

He calls me on Friday afternoon and immediately chews me out about why im late (this is the 2nd such unwarranted attack, the first from the FLEET Supervisor, Donald Burkalter 615-256-4336 @ the Nashville terminal) on this load. An arguement ensued (that never got to a personal level on MY end), just angry that I didnt think he had a right to ORDER me to get in my truck, when I was no where near it, on my day off, having planned on dropping on Sunday.

Long boring story later, they sent me a load from Orlando,(my home, Dont worry kids, Its very relevent) to northern PA. Ok. I pick up the load and start north. Early the next morning i get a QC to drop in Atlanta, never thinking anything of it. I get to Atlanta and again recieve a message to go into the office, where I was told to empty my truck immediately, while being threatened with a call to the police,(John Biggs) for defending myself that they could have simply told me the night before to empty my truck at home in Orlando. So here I am, stranded in Atlanta, (for those of you who like to travel comfortably on the road, you know what I'm sayin,) with all my property and no way home.

Aftermath being, I recieved a 1 year Safe Driving Certificate from Scar for 6-07 to 6-08. Ironically enough, in August of 08 there are several disputable tickets, policy violations and wouldnt you know, an accident from January 08. I havent had a chargeable accident since i got my license in 86 or a moving violation since 98, (do the math on that one and let me know what you get).

Well, its August of 08 and Ive applied to well over 30 companys and have found out in a very short time, that, Ive worked my butt off for the last 3 years to get on the Black List. By the way, this is only 1 example of what Ive gone through with this company, (That'll have you home EVERY weekend,HHHHAAAAA,)
