Starke County Department Of Family And Children My family and my child's life is ruined Knox Indiana

My family and my child's life is ruined forever. On July 16, 2006 my son went on a typical visit with his father (every other weekend). The step-mother soon after called the DFC in Starke county to report that my son was sexually abused by myself and my husband. I was unaware of the allegations (I had full custody at the time). When my son was not returned home, I contacted the police and they would not help me. I then hired an attorney to represent me. On July 7, 2006 I found out, while sitting in my attorneys office that Judge Kim Hall had signed over emergency custody to my son's father, without notifying me of the hearing. The judge also had ex-parte communications with the DFC. Of course, the case was under investigation, but don't you need evidence. I am a criminal justice/psychology major and I want to help victims of abuse. Now because my son said what his father told him to, I can't even volunteer as a CASA. My son wasn't involved in his father's life until about a year before this incident occured. Now I have a substantiated report of abuse out there and it was never charged for the obvious reason. My son was with me for seven years and he was never abused. Can anyone help me? This is ruining my family and my child's life, he will never know the truth from a lie and my career is ruined, before I even have a chance to start.
