State Farm Insurance State Farm Insurance Ripped Me Off Raleigh Nationwide

State Farm Insurance Co refused to provide any prorated refund on the remaining 4 months of paid annual boatowners policy / coverage after policy cancellation in July 2014.  The policy contract was for 12 months, paid in full ($112) Nov 24th, 2013. On a prorated basis, they owe me $37.  

I cancelled my policy because State Farm increased my homeowners policy 18% in July 2013 and wanted to increase it by an additional 12% in July 2014.  I was able to save roughly $300/year on my combined Home/Auto/Boat policies.
