State Farm State Farm Doesn't Care Atlanta Georgia

 I was hit from behind on April 29, 2013 by a State Farm insured driver. In trying to recoup my losses for my new car I have been nothing but lied to and treated badly by State Farm. They are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are rude and obnoxious on the phone. They have treated me like I had no right to file a claim. State Farm does not deal with claimants in an ethical manner. They either ignore you, try to rush you into signing a release quickly, or force you into having to go to court to recoup your losses.

I don't know why they are allowed to sell insurance because they certainly don't "insure" anything. The at-fault driver who ran into the back of my car while I was at a red light might as well of had no insurance. Insurance is supposed to cover actual losses and State Farm certainly has not done that in my case.

So now instead of driving my brand new car I bought on March 29, 2013, I get to drive a new car with used parts and diminished value and five years worth of payments and no fair payment for my damages from State Farm. Not only do they not pay fairly on claims, they treat you bad while trying to negotiate the claim. Like you have no right to file a claim. Their driver hit me and it cost over $1000.00 for my car to be fixed by their recommened shop with used parts and now I am screwed because they don't care. They just want to get out of paying any claims on anything. They don't care about the circumstances of each case. They have scripts that they go by and games that they play when people put in claims. The actual losses do not matter to them. They don't cover anything. They are really not an "insurance" company because they don't pay fair damages so you have to either take them or their insured to court to try and recoup your damages.

State Farm should not be allowed to sell insurance. They don't and won't cover the damages caused by their insured so they are a totally useless company for insurance.
