This is where the government came in and not only defended the sex offenders-but actually assisted them in criminal activity.

World Gym and Elizabeth Santos gave customer Mike Zentel this key chain to give to me where I was working.

I wanted to give the customer back the key chain, but my supervisor demanded I keep the key chain. He wrote this reprimand to me;

I wrote to the Texas Commission of Human Rights and they bent over backwards to insist these middle easterners were truthful - although they were not consistent and Gary kept avoiding the key chain topic at first.

Elizabeth Santos told me to get a right to sue letter from the Human Rights.

Then rewrote my complaint - foreged my handwriting - and sent it to the HR.

When Elizabeth did this, it looked as though I made a false sexual harassment complaint against middle eastern supervisors.

I did not know that key chain came from World Gym at the time.

Patricia Stewart was the hearing officer - who told me to send her a photo of the key chain. She kept insisting she did not get it - and when I was in Houston - she refused to tell me where she was so I could bring it to her office.

She was very rude to me - and Gary did not participate in the hearing - his attorney listened in on it.

I do think Texas Workforce commission is one of the government agents interfering with my (and my BF's) employment.


DPS Texas Rangers

LC Wilson was to be investigating an impersonating cop-and at first I thought he was on the level and was going to bring this harassment to an end. But I now realize he consulted World Gym - the very people who sent that impersonating cop.

He took their word. He refused to check out their history - they all have psychological/medical/criminal records. There is nothing like that in my background or my family history.

This was the Comfort Inn in Beaumont TX. also speaking of rights-they have violated every rule in the EEOC. I am a single white female-so the HR ignored my complaints besides the sexual harassment.

Gary Bahktas wife came to the front desk and told me she was prettier and four years younger than me.

That woman constantly interrogated me about getting married. daily-on a daily basis.

She was always hounding me about Gary coming to the front to talk to me.

The Texas GOV did not enforce their own laws.

Texas Welfare Department

One day a big huge fat black woman came to talk to me-This woman told me she worked in a woman's shelter, formerly for a prison. I could not get rid of that woman-she followed me and hounded me-and kept asking where I worked, what department, what schedule who was my supervisor and on top of that she told me she had killer instincts. She also told me of some welfare program that the government has, they pay your school and all of your bills for one year. Right after this incident - I had trouble with my employment - the customers.

I reported this as welfare fraud to the Texas Welfare department-IF IT IS NOT FRAUD TO INTERFERE WITH SOMEONE'S EMPLOYMENT AND ATTEMPT TO PUT THEM ON WELFARE WHEN THEY ARE COMPLETELY CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING THEMSELVES then I do not know what is.

As far as I know-the Texas Welfare Department has done nothing about this.


I will post some of the companies that has denied me and my bf employment based on the slander they have heard from these government people. The fact that Texas Workforce is assisting in keeping us unemployed is unreal.


When I report things such as illegal wire tapping, when I reported the mail theft (on top of this-at the time the media in Beaumont TX kept making reports that the mail was going missing) a mail person told me they were making a bigger deal then it was), forgery of my handwriting-etc, misuse of my social security no- ... the police department gets very silent-and refuses to respond.


Right after that key chain incident in 1998-I was watched very closely. Everywhere I went-someone was right behind me-watching every detail. This continued-while all of this tax money was spent on watching me-America got attacked-by the same nationality of people they bent over backwards to take up for.

Has anyone had this problem before? I suspect politicans involved.
