Robert De La Rosa and his girlfriend, Jennifer Martin Del Campo are scamming consumers and workers in San Antonio under the names of Stealth Construction and American Touch.  They are using multiple phone numbers in their online advertisements as well:  210-288-6726; 210-461-2721; 210-409-6728. 



Our story is basically the same as Nina's (posted in 2009).  Robert and Jennifer signed a contract with us and required a large draw upfront to get started.  Within three days after the original draw, VERY little work was done but Robert said he needed an additional $700 to pay his workers and rent items for the job.  



In good faith, we agreed to provide more money to Robert and he simply quit showing up at our property.  We tried to reach Robert numerous times.  His cell phone was disconnected and Jennifer's cell phone was disconnected shortly thereafter.  We attempted to call the number that we thought was their office number, only to find it was his other baby mama's phone.  His ex stated Robert asked to start using her cell number to advertise online.  



Each time I tracked Robert or Jennifer down on the phone, Robert was full of excuses and lies. Jennifer also lied.  



Robert and Jennifer completed about 5% of the work they agreed to, left the house an utter mess, took our money, and ran.
