Returned Optimus II Automatic Watch to Steinhausen repair facility in Chatsworth, CA for repair under warranty on March 5, 2016.

Company noted that repairs can take up to nine months.

Here it is a year and a half later, and I still have not received my repaired or replaced watch.

I have attempted to contact company several times and never received a reply.

Terrible customer service!
