Stephan Jan Meyers Deadman Talking Palm Springs California

While on a speaking tour in Duncan, Oklahoma this year, a gentleman approached me during a break in the speech. I learned that Stephan Jan Meyers Attorney at law and his cohort Mike Mathis attempted to sell this individual my seismic technology.
The individual correctly identified images that I showed during the presentation as being exactly the same as the images shown to him by Meyers as the technology he was selling.
They told this individual that I had recently died and that they had been instructed by my widow to sell my technology as quickly as possible.
I retained an attorney to handle the matter and Meyers was issued a letter that contained the individuals affidavit of their attempted fraud.
Quick as a wink they contacted the individual and tried to say that they were trying to sell anothers invention and not mine.
However, the individual had already correctly identified images displayed that it was indeed my technology that they tried to sell him.
This was not his first attempt to sell my technology and probably won't be the last.
After sticking his head in the sand for two months, he has finally made contact with me and others involved. Sending threatening emails to one and all.
This is how a professional attorney responds? No.
Steve has been virtually homeless since I have known him. Always trying to borrow money from me and anyone else and promising them points on some fictitious scheme.
He hangs around a group called CEO Space where he teaches a class and preys on gullible IBI's and their contacts.
Little do they suspect that one of their own is lying in wait for his next victim.
I have brought this matter to the California State Bar.
This is not the first complaint that they have received about Meyers.
Hopefully, he wont be able to do this to someone else before he is stopped.
