I purchased a new cell phone the ATT dealer installed a new Bodyguard screen protector 4 days later protector started comming off this item was lifetime free replacement that costed $ 40.00. I called I went to the ATT store and they said I had to call company so I called company they said they would send me a new screen protector but it would cost me 6.95 for shipping.

I paid the 6.95 the new protector came but it did not fit my phone I called them and they said yes it was the wrong one write return to sender on box and return but I would have to pay another 6.95 for the replacement to be shipped. I said that was unacceptable . they said that is there policy
