Steve Laffey is a criminal who ran and hid from rhode island after having rigged a 2002 election in cranston. he did this by granting local police and firefighter their pensions and safety complexes in exchange for their eliminating the competition by filing false police reports and medical diagnosis through family and friends. It should have been apparent to all as to what he was doing, as this is the same way laffey eliminated his own brothers who he felt jealous of and threatened for attention by. he is a criminal and if the state of Colorado has any sense, they’d lock him in an institution or ship him back to rhode island so he could be the “financial expert” of his cell block in prison where he belongs.
