I just learned of this Con today and went to the internet to see if I could find anything on this guy. Apparantly, he uses the same strategy on all of his victims. He gave my mother a great deal on a home improvement and then found a serious problem with her foundation that put her home at great risk. He said he needed 6K in cash to get this repair completed. After she gave him the cash, he hurredly left not even giving her a receipt and never returned.

I called him today and he was continueing the con.

He inspires trust in vulnerable women and then takes their money.

He needs to go to jail. If our law enforcement can't help us get him off the streets, it is a sad statement! This guy is a thief...
