Beware of Steven Haffley! He claims to offer web hosting and search engine optimization. He operates under different business names...one being HBK Technologies.

He is a scam artist. Your website will be down for weeks! Your account will be charged...and you will not be able to get in touch with him! This happened to me as well as my friend Paul Proctor.  

Steven will shut down one company and open another one in order to continue to RIP PEOPLE OFF! He is a low life...and he should face criminal charges. Never, ever, do business with him.

I agree with this complaint. The same thing happened to me. Avoid Steven Haffley!
