Stewart Auto Wholesale Jeremy Stewart Failed to provide clean title as promised Indian Trail North Carolina

At first, Jeremy seemed like a pretty straight shooter. We bought 2 cars from him over the course of a week. The first, my daughter's Sebring, was apparently acquired from an auto auction in Anderson, SC - Carolina Auto Auction.

He indicated the title was due from the (recent) sale the Monday after we bought the car.  Long story / short, it's been 45 days and repeated requests, calls, texts, have not produced the title for us to register the vehicle.

The auction confirms it was sold to him, apparently the title was requested by him again a week ago - but still no communication with us.

IF I wind up taking him to court, I encourage the other party that sued to reach out to me. I can get the judgment paid.
