This business lacks in customer service BIG TIME! Site policy says you'll get your overpriced stickers in 2-4 weeks. I waited 6 weeks before calling to see what was up. They had no problem charging my card the same day I ordered, but took forever to send me the stickers I needed for a convention. The convention past and still no stickers. Get some decent customer service before other customers find out that they'll have to call you to wake you up and start printing!

In fact, I would say they have, hands down, the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced with any company, charity, or individual (and this is including eBay sellers!)

I ordered stickers FIVE WEEKS ago and I have nothing. They stat it takes 2-4 weeks to receive stickers. Fair enough. That is why I waited until the end of the fourth week to call requesting updates. Here I am, approaching the end of the fifth week without stickers and without information about them.

Let me just say that I have never ONCE been able to contact anyone nor has anyone contacted me.

FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS I HAVE CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY DAY AT DIFFERENT TIMES HOPING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. I LEAVE MESSAGES AND NO ONE RETURNS MY CALL.

And by the way, their customer service number is NOT toll free (505-908-9426). Their "operating hours" are from 9am-4pm Mountain time. I call during those hours.

Each and every time I call I provide full name, phone number, order ID, what the sticker said, what the custom tagline said, and even the date I ordered. I am finding it hard to maintain composure as this goes on. I do, though, worried that any slip up on my part may delay the order that much more.

I have sent emails requesting updates on this order and still I get nothing.

I get absolutely no contact what-so-ever from these people. I have even given them my husband's cell phone number as well in case I am out-of-range or something like that.

I have a charity event coming up in one day. I thought that ordering nearly six weeks in advance from a company that promises 4 weeks tops turn around, I would be safe.

Based on their failure to respond to the simple request of returning a phone call or replying to an email, I highly doubt I will receive the stickers.

If I do not have them by tomorrow afternoon, I am filing a chargeback with my card company.

I understand when servicing thousands of customers that not everyone is going to be happy, but:


1. We DO have 2 - 4 week customer service for sticker delivery.

2. We post 800#s on every page of the website so we can be easily contacted.

3. We have a 24 hour policy on returning all customer service tracking emails.


I do not know who this person is that filed this report, and you can't fight every angry person out there, but we take customer service very seriously.

Seems to me that I should either be provided with an Order Confirmation # so I can track the order and see what actually happened (and that they're an actual customer) or that this should be removed this from your page.

StickerJunkie has been happily providing people with custom stickers that say whatever they want since 2001, we sell millions and milliions of stickers every year. There is nothing I like better than driving down the street and seeing a car with a StickerJunkie sticker on there.

I started the company because I love stickers & I love getting an idea and seeing it in print, and if you order from us you will get your stickers in 2 - 4 weeks (standard turn time is 2 and a half weeks).
