sticky buddy double charged me, Internet

I ordered a sticky buddy from their website and my order should of came out to around 21.00 and when I checked out I was billed 43.98, I wanted to order 1, and get the second one for just the cost of shipping, and when I was checking out it didnt give me that option to choose, It just tricked me into thinking I had to choose 2. I have yet to get my email confirming my refund, its been since April 11.       I was told I would receive a refund within 48 hrs, and an email confirmation.  Now I need to contact my bank to see what I can do about this.
