Striaex, Nuance Aromatherapy BILLED ME TWICE...I RECEIVED NOTHING Vancouver British Columbia

I ordered their free trial acne repair kit for my son on 9/29/07. Their terms clearly state it is NOT an autoship program, but after submitting my order I was welcomed into their "club" and informed that I would be receiving product every month and be auto-billed $99.95 for each shipment. I tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes of placing it; was told via e-mail the following day (Sunday, mind you) that my order had been processed and I would have to receive it and return it to cancel my membership. Return period is 25 days.

It took 18 days for me to receive the order, which I immediately returned. They give you a P.O. box to return to so you can't use UPS. I looked up their street address and returned via UPS anyway, with a guarantee that it would arrive on the 25th day after I placed the order. You can't return without their "RMA" number, whatever that is, marked on the outside of the box, so I took a guess and used my order number. They e-mailed my RMA number 2 days later (I got lucky and guessed right).

My return was received by them 24 1/2 days after placing the order (verified by UPS tracking info). I also cancelled my credit card, but was too late. They managed to bill me TWICE on the same day, at $99.95 each, for absolutely nothing. I managed to beat their scam, jump through their hoops and get my product returned as required and still got ripped off.

Stay away from these people.
