2 things: I went in to get an oil change a few weeks ago and I was told they would be there to do my oil change until 6pm during the week but they let their technicians go at 5pm. So no, they are not there til 6. I went today to get an oil change (before 5), and they told me that I do not get a free oil change. I have to pay $400 for their package to get oil changes for life. Which means it’s not free. Or pay for it to be done just today. I have a paper from when I got my car that it shows my protection plan, which includes engine oil service! They would not honor it.

What you showed is a WARRANTY.
The WARRANTY covers you if you have to have your engine serviced. It does NOT state that you get free oil changes. The discussion about the Oil Service is a requirement that when you have your oil changed you have it changed based on the vehicle specifications.
