On January 3, 2012 after seeing a TV commercial I went to the web site www.buystrutz.com and ordered 1 set of Strutz under their offer buy 1 get 1 free. The total for my order was $34.98 and after seeing the e-mail receipt I received for my order they charged me for an additional set of Strutz. This of course was incorrect because I did not order another set.
After waiting for 2 weeks and not receiving my product I contacted the company to found out what happened and they told me that my order was shipped and received according to their records. I told them that I never got anything and because of that to give me my money back. Since they refuse to give my money back I filed a dispute with my credit card company but they did not honored it because they went and believed what the company told them "order was sent and received".
According to the tracking number they provided and when check with the United States Postal Service it shows delivered. Even though I never got it they are going by that and that is all they care about.
At this point I have not being able to get my money and it is a completely rip off and scam !
As of now I am out of the $34.98 that they charged me.
Beware everyone of this company since they don't seem to care.
