Student Loan Resolve / Joshua Sullivan / Izena Pittman Paid them money for service not rendered, I had to do it directly with the help of Navient Plano Texas

Let me start with the comment of the account manager had to say about my situation.

" Thanks for reaching out and I'm glad that Navient finally was able to get you in the proper repaymantplan. If you're wanting to cancel our services I will attach a cancellation form. However, because we did do all of the paperwork for the consilidation and completed it, there would not be a refund. I know that it took a little extra work to get the proper repayment plan, but this was an error on the part of the new servicer, as we did submit the consolidation with the proper repayment plan. I had to constanly send elctronic messages telling them what they where doing wrong and my time to pay Navient was growing shorter.  I called Navient, ask for help and they told my consolidation was not approved because all the paper work was wrong.  The person from Navient ask me if I had the time to solve the situation at that moment on the phone, which I had.  Navient and I solved the problem in one hour and eghteen minutes, which Student Loan Resolve could not do in three months and being paid to do so.

If anybody with a loan with Navient I definitly recommend to ask help to Navient of your studen loan. I am sure they will help and do not have to spend money on agencies like Student Loan Resolve.
