Student7 I placed an order for a cat condo for $19.99 on 7/27/17. Funds immediately deducted from my account. I have emailed and sent message through Messenger to the company with no response and no merchandise. Onatario tCalifornia

I placed an order, #TFS78957, on 7/27/2017 via a Facebook ad for a cat condo for $19.99 with free shipping. Received an order confirmation that it would be shipped in 2 to3 weeks. After a few days I went to check on the order status and received the message that they were having difficulties with that request. Now I get the message the shop through Spotify is unavailable and will be back online shortly. I have filed a complaint with my bank and will be contacting the Indiana attorney general.
