Mario thought he had found a way to pay employees cheaply. He classified us as independent contractors so he wouldn't have to pay social security or employee benefits, then he hired a manager to control us. You can not have a manager for independent contractors, kind of takes away from the meaning "independent".

So I filed an ss-8 form with the IRS and they determined that he had illegally classified me as an independent contractor when I should have been classified as an employee. I amended my income taxes to change my status to employee and he is to do the same. I will be refunded the self employment taxes I paid for that time period and half my social security taxes that he should have paid as my employer.

The IRS advised him to change the status of all his independent contractors to employees but he refuses to do so. He is operating illegally to avoid paying taxes.

This man takes advantage of young girls who don't know any better.
