Sugardaddyforme Ignored responses to close my account. Impossible to get customer service. Boonton, New Jersey

I should have never joined this site. My suspicions started not too long after receiving repeated emails of someone looking at my profile. Granted there will be some interest, but not this much. I got this feeling this site has some sort of bot sending people to my page to make it appear they are actually doing so and, perhaps, vice versa. I also believe that some of these visits are not from genuine users.

After a brief amount of time being on this site, I  removed my pictures and made the profile private. I contacted Customer Service through their on-site suggestions (FAQ) to report to the proper department  to close my account which I did so.. twice ..and still no response. I recently received an email from them telling me that I do not have photos up on my profile and need to do so, but the email sent from them cannot be used to respond back.

Everything seems to be set up automatically without a real person from the company to address concerns.

I'm glad I didn't sign up for the premium, I have a feeling I'd be in worse predicament if I have done so.
