summit alliance group they promised to help with modifing my home loan but only took my money and i never heard from them again Internet

i recieved a letter from them about modifing my house payment after i went into forecloser, they said they could help to get me a better rate and lower my payments. needless to say once i sent them all my inforamtion and $1,500 i only heard from them one more time saying that they needed me to resend some papers that they stated they did not recieve and that they had spoke with my mortage company and came to a solution, so i refaxed more papers. after that i never heard from them again i called and called put the phones just rang and i never rercieved an e-mail back from them after many attempts.now my home is still in forecloser and i;m out $1,500. im now finally working with the mortage company to try and save my home and work something out with them, they state that never heard from or recieved anything from summit even though summit told me that they had talked with them and that my payments would be lowered and that it would start the following month. all i want is my money back and for people to know to stay away from people and company that send you things in the mail i should have known better and i pray this never happiens to anyone else.
