 Summit Legal Consoltants was to handle a loan modification

they said it would take about 3-4 months

i paid a fee for three months for them to handle my modification

i sent all the info they requested

i spoke with different people from the office for like the first two months say everything was moving along

i've sent emails and made calls but no answers a recording says they will get back to you with in 12 -24 hours

im into the 4th month and have'nt heard anything.

Several years ago, an outfit called Summit Legal Group was operating a scam out of Florida. By the time they were stopped, they had victims in more than thirty states.  I do not know if this is the same group or a similar type operation using a similar name.  In any event, all outfits claiming to provide help with loan modifications are fraudulent.
