In Sept. 2004 I attended a time-share sales pitch and ended up purchasing services from Sun and Ski Vacation Club. A short time later I contacted them by phone to ask for information about a gift package that they said would be forthcoming. They went through a number of stall tactics saying that they would get back to me but never did.
Eventually I was unable to reach them at all as all of their phone and fax numbers were no longer in service. I have continued to try to contact them and have even driven to the place where I made the purchase but there is no longer anyone there.
Eventually I contacted Master Card- as I had made my payment through them- but it was after the ninety day time period and they said that they could not look into it for me.
I did not really know what to do until I saw your article on the internet Ripoffs and here I am.
