Sunco Gas Station Over rode key pad at pump - charged $4.459/gallon West Greenwich, Rhode Island

on may 15, when traveling north we stopped for gas at the sunco station my husband went to use rest room, came right out, followed by an attendant,  he said he had to pump first. asked me if it would be cash or credit.  we always use credit card.  husband inserted card and pushed 87 . i got out of car to pump while he {the attendant was pushing buttons on the key pad - which is not a normal procedure} used restroom.

husband handed me nozzle and walked away. attendant the grabbed pump from my hand and said he would pump. i said not necessary and he gave me a slight push and took pump. I saw husband returning and told attendant to shut off pump. husband took his ticket from machine drove off. we where charged $4.459/gall for that gas. the entire time we were there the attendant was talking to himself.
