Sunnova, and ERUS Builders cost of solar panels is $90,000 with a 25-year lease, and escalating monthly payments Houston Texas

Sunnova has forged my signature (digitally) and entered me into a lease agreement without disclosing to me the terms of the lease. Sunnova has deliberately committed forgery and fraud against me.

The Lease Agreement had been digitally signed and my signature has been forged. They also sent me and an Amended Lease Agreement which I had also never seen before, and of which I had NO KNOWLEDGE. The amended Lease Agreement had also been digitally forged.

These lease agreements indicate that that the cost of the lease was more than $90,351.78 and then there's the 30% federal tax credit and the rebates that the leasing company receives instead  of the customer. Had I been given the terms of the lease in advance, I would never have agreed to this. I have been fighting with them for month to get out of this fraudulent lease agreement.
