Super Store Dry Cleaners Shrinkage-Dress Slacks McKinney Texas

This was the first time I used this dry cleaners for a pair of ladies dress slacks.  They came back two sizes too small and they claim the material doesn't shrink.  I have used other cleaners in the area on two different occassions and had no trouble.  Stopped at Super Store because it was more convenient, but has cost me lost work hours trying to reason with these people and now the cost of slacks that were only 4 months old.  They also claim they are not responsible for anything after 30 days, which is not printed on their receipts nor do they verbally tell you this.

The owner is Nam Pham and of course he will not reimburse nor does he care if you sue because he won't pay.  Why is the consumer not protected more from these types of businesses?
