I got my worst haircut ever from Supercuts at Stony Point NY. However, this pertains to all Supercuts. I have been a supercuts customer for many years. I have a card filled with employee signatures that entitles me to a free haircut. There is no expiration on it but no supercuts in my area will accept it. I tried calling customer service and it was like talking to a wall. Even the supervisor "Roxy" was useless and just parroted what everyone else said, "we no longer accept that card". They could have exchanged this for a gift card, but refused. It didn't matter that I am a long time customer that they were about to lose. As a result I will no longer be using any supercuts anywhere and will be posting this review every where possible. I hope it was worth it, Supercuts.

JESUS CHRIST SAID,"TREAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU WANT TO BE TREATED

AUTHOR: Diane - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 29, 2015

In response to this disgusting , harsh ,unjustfied ,treatment to a long term customer is completly unjustfied. They should have honored the preexisting written contract. Regardless of the new so called implied contract. In oppinion and to some extent this does most definetly appear to be a breach of a implied contract. California Civil Codes:3300-3400. Plus anything was said in writting ,can we also say this is a breach of a verbal promise? California Labor Code:920 . Next: How does the advertising coincide with the way you were mistreated? At Supercuts we pay attention to every detail so you can leave clean and ready to go. Note: The way its worded sounds as though they care about the feelings and emotions of a long term and short term new customer. Is this false advertising? California Business and Professions Codes: 17200,17500 and 17509. The right thing to do for accountability purposes in oppinion is evident . Write the unjustified incident up with: The Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. Gov.  How does putting something in writing then not honoring it ,conicide with excellent customer service? It does'nt. What did Jesus Christ say; " Treat people like you want to be treated". Also as a suggestion write to every church in the state where you reside to pray for this specific church. To repent of the sin of lying. This is very significant. Their eternity depends on it. The Bible is very clear. All liars will have a place in the lake of fire. Hopefully if we can get the entire state to pray for this un- Godly ,unjustfied behavior , maybe they will repent. They should at least provide you a written appology . Is this to some extent: Misrepesentation? California Labor Codes:1050-1053?  How do these unjustfied actions of not honoring a preexisting written contract coincide with: Excellent customer / consumer service. This is beyond disgusting .
