I was contacted by this company back in October of 2003. At this time I was told that I would get a credit card in about 5 days and would have it sent via Fedex after $300 dollars was taken out of my checking account. After about 15 days I called them and the story began to change. At this time I was told that I would get the welcome kit in about 14-20 days and it had the form in it to fill out for the credit card.
45 days later I called them back still not having got the Welcome kit and they told me that they were extremely busy and it could be delayed. They then checked into the packaage and told me that it would ship in about a week. I called the next week and they gave me the tracking number. Once, I got the Welcome Kit I knew it was a scam. There was no application. I then called Superior again and was told that I will get the application in the mail about a week after I got the welcome Kit. I waited about a month and never got anything.
I then called back and was told that the application was on the CD enclosed in the kit. I search the whole thing and all there was was advertisements for Credit Cards with links to apply. One of the links being for a high interest rate. I then called them back to enquire about a refund. I was then told that they did not handle refunds they were just a contracted company for customer service. I would have to follow the instructions in the kit for a full refund.
I was basically lied to over and over again. The instructions say that you can get a full refund if you return the welcome kit 15 days after it is reiceved. Well I was told it would take about 5 days to 4 weeks to get the application. its obvious that they were stringing me along so that I could not get the refund.
I am contacting a lawyer, and the State of Oklahoma to see my options. DO NOT Fall into the is Trap. The company is nothing but liers.

Still No Refund
AUTHOR: James - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Friday, March 12, 2004
In February of 2004 I made a post on this website. I still have not been able to contact this company to get a refund. Well, now I have began the legal path. I have reported them to the BBB, the FTC, and the city, county, state authorities. I have also began to speak to a lawyer about a class action lawsuit which would help us all get our money back. I want to hit this company where it hurts. I will also look into speaking with other authorities. I am not happy as you can tell, and refuse to lay down and take it that I lost my $299. I am a college student, and do not have that type of money to throw away. Please contact the FTC, and the BBB of Upstate NY. Also search for the Clinton County website which is the county that Champlain is in and contact the DA. All we can do is let everyone know that they ripped us off. I will let you know when I hear something.
