This guy is a complete phony, fake and fraud. He paid for a good website and that is where it ends. We ordered a 3126 Cat that would be done in 10-15 days, tested rebuilt running engine. It took 2-1/2 months and over 100 phone calls to finally get something shipped. When we received it, it was just a used take out engine with spray paint on it. So far we have replaced turbo, water pump, rods and mains. It has wrong ECM, and looks like water was in oil.

I have heard some stories before, but this guy Steve and his girl friday,Jennifer, take the cake. Everything from being so busy that can't answer the phone, to Jennifer going out to get sandwiches, to deer hunting, to needing to send engine out to be purged (for 3 weeks), to it's ready but turnring away freight company than saying need another couple of weeks.

The cream on the cake was when Jennifer thought I was on hold but had me on speaker phone while Steve instructed her to tel different customer different stories, some he wasn't there, some that everything was great and he would call them right back (never happens). When my freight company was there waiting on his door step (third time) after hours, he didn't want to present his ID for air shipment (required by TSA) and threw a tizzy. what is he worried about? No diferent than when buying a six pack. Hmmm.

He doesn't take credit cards, I'm sure you can figure out why, and will cash your check immediately then claim he just got it. Once he has your deposit you are at his mercy. Trust me you would be money ahead to get a long block and do it yourself, at least you would know what you had when done.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY TO BE HAD FROM THIS JOKER. You're lucky the engine runs at all int he first place.

The best thing to do is never even get involved, and tell everyone you know. Maybe save others from the grief of Steve Spencer and Jennifer.
