WARNING - STAY AWAY - BAIT & SWITCH - OVER CHARGES FOR PARTS & LABOR

Superior Private Auto

We had our vehicle worked on by this company, the guys name is Vince.

He quoted us a price and changed it 3 different times.

We saw a few red flags but we gave him the benefit of the dought.

He uses RTV on some parts instead of replacing them for new ones.

He keeps original purchased parts and re-installs the old ones without you knowing it/

He does very shoddy work.

We had a second opinion from a certified mechanic and he took the car engine apart and found all of this out and informed us.

He breaks other parts of the vehicle and then states that we need to get new parts and charges more.

He marks up parts and labor at his will.

Our car in inoperable at this time.

We are out of thousands of dollars.

He was fully paid for his services yet our vehicle needs to be repaired again to just crank over.

We were honest with him from the get go and he shifted blame on other things to make himself feel better about ripping us off.

We are heading to the BBB and making a complaint against him.

We are heading to Rip Off Report and also making a complaint on him and his shoddy service.

He specified that he would like to get paid in cash instead of a credit card due to him being charged for the CC services.

If you would like, we can be reached through private messages and we can elaborate further on this awful experience we are going through with this thief.

You are warned about this guys shady practices.

Yes I responded several different times but the facts remained the same. I did in fact erase them just after leaving them because I felt they were not professional and I was allowing my self to fall into this lady's caous. I have never even spoke with her not once. She has no idea what Omar and I discussed. I have several voice mails from him backing my statements 100% ( from as far back as last year). I did try and call him and text him several times but he will not respond. His wife did text me though from his phone saying Omar is not allowed to talk to me. Omar knows the facts, he just didn't discuss them with her I'm guessing. In the end they tried to get me to fix their truck with out paying me and he ultimately tried finishing it him self to avoid doing so " it backfired". Once I was paid and I finished the job they would have got a itemized invoice but it never got that far. I suppose after 20 years of working on cars in Vegas I was bound to come across someone like this eventauly. I encourage anyone reading this to review my sites and the many many positive reviews left about me as a person and the company I continue to build.

There is so much false information in here it's pointless to even try to completely respond. I do have text from these clients conterdicting everything they are saying. The person that wrote this is not actauly even the client. The client asked me to do what I could with their car in short and specifically asked me to use silicone on parts they did not have money to replace. My clients All know I hate silicone, I can't stand the stuff! They told me they behaved the same way towards previous shops (because everyone rips them off they said) in the past which was a huge red flag but I was already half way threw the job. I did offer to do what I could to help them but then the threats came rolling in. Totally irrational people. I always go above and beyond to help people and make things right; even if it's not mistake.

This is a simple case of the wife (the person leaving the review) and the husband keeping info from one another. The client (husband) was told several times that since his timing belt Pulley's came apart that when I get it back together there was a good chance that he would have bent valves and this would be a waste of money. I have text from the client stating he understood not once but three times in text discussion. His exact words were "screw it I want to take the chance I'll just think positive". I also have text when they asked how I preferred to get paid. My response was it makes no difference to me it all goes in the account at the end of the day. I did say the card charges a couple percent but also said it does save me a trip to the bank; so either way is fine. Same thing I tell all my clients when they ask which I prefer. As for the silicone all my clients know I hate it with a passion! I was asked by the client to use it rather than replace parts due to him not knowing if the car was even going to run afterwards. Once I tore it down I found so much damaged parts and 4 bad coolant leaks; which were not part of the job I was doing. I did all those repairs for them also for next to nothing. The client stated he had been driving the car with these severe coolant leaks for 6 months. The whole time the client talked about the last shops screwing them; which I doubt was the case based on the way he was treating his car. They took a gamble that did not work in their favor and are looking for someone to blame. I generally don't take jobs like this because if it does turn out not in their favor this can be the out come. When it turns out valves weren't bent they are happy as can be and I'm the best guy in the world. As for the rest of the review all I can say is, it's not the case. I go above and beyond for all my clients always have and always will. Some people are just irrational no matter how hard you try.

The crazy thing is when I was a couple hours from finishing this job the client slipped and said he hadn't gotten the check he had previously told me he was using to pay me. I stopped what I was doing and asked him so how are you handling payment today? He said oh I should have the money by the end of next week.. I told him I would be back next week to finish the job. He didn't understand why I couldn't just finish it and he could just pay me later. It really shows the type of person that is behind this review.

So i ask, if we were so wrong? why would he have the need to erase an entire comment the re-write it 4 times? we ahev written one honest review and have not had to change our side of the story.

Yes, you can look-up the complaint at the Better Business Bureau las Vegas page. We don;t change our story because it's the truth. Stay far away from this dishonest crook.
