My son thought it was a good idea to update my computer and after searching found the program he was looking for, after checking the price i agreed to let him order the product, this was on saturday 10th may. On Monday 12th May 2008 I found that I had been billed twice once for 59.33 and then again for 71.53 on the same day via a company called secure.billingbit.com on behalf of supportsw.com 800. I emailed supportsw and secure asking for the second payment to be returned to my bank within 48 hours this has not been done and I have now got to take time off of work to go in and see my bank manager - as you can imagine i am not very happy and my son is now banned from doing any work on My Computer.
