Surfsafe Internet Services filling out survey resulted in a charge on my BellSouth Telephone bill. I did not approve charge. ripoff Fort Lee, New Jersey

I completed a survey on line to win a gift card. Little did I know Surfsafe Internet Services put that survey out there. That is their way to add more people to receive their services. They billed me $16.45 through a third party billing company. ILD Teleservices, Inc showed up on my Bellsouth phone bill.

ILD Teleservices has a phone number on their billing charge. Call 1-800-433-4518 is the number they request you call if you have questions regarding billing. This number goes directly to Surfsafe Internet Services. They act like they have never heard of this third party company. I sent a fax to them to prove the charge. That was on 2-23-06.

I emailed them again today, had to go into explaining allover again. They assured me they are working on my credit.

You need to remember that ILD Teleservices only bills the charge, they do not collect the money. The money goes directly to Sursafe. ILD Teleservices cannot issue credit to my account because they did not receive the monies Sursafe did. So deal harsh with Sursafe and do not give up!
