I have know this person for years and recently help an open house for a property she only got through people she knew.I held a 3 week open house and sold the property to another Realtor and we agreed on a fee of 25% with evidence through emails and while she goes on vacation i have an offer sent to her and when the home closed i did not get a dime.She is the most unprofessional person i have met and i warn anyone coming in contact with this snake to walk the other way,she has a property management license and i have filed complaints with the State of Florida to have her license revoked.She continues to rip off people including not paying a pressure cleaner.BEWARE of her.I was ripped off for a referral of $36,000
