This company charges you to wrap card board boxes and tape around plasma Tvs. They tell you they will wrap your items and they don't. They place white mattress's in the dirt instead of wrapping them! Guys steal items form your house! They will charge you a little up front, then before they take the items off the truck they over charge you. If you don't pay, they will not give you your items! The guys horse play or sleep on your stairs for an hour if you don't stay on top of them!They break things and say it was that way when they got there! I have video's of them playing putting my belongings in the dirt. dropping my stuff.

I Have used This moving company twice, and my Father twice. There is nothing wrong with this company. They too wrapped my plasma  Tv's and I have no complaints with there service. They are  hard working guys that bust there A** and do a good job.  I would use them again. People need to realize that when you move nothing goes perfect thats why you take initiative and you pack and move stuff that means something to you, not try to get free stuff because a person is to lazy to use common sense. (Hint-Hint)

First, I would like to apologize to any customer who feels we have not lived up to our standards in customer service. Including this customer who wishes to slander our reputation.

We feel he is doing so becausethe BBB Better Business Bureau found his complaint to be not supported with proper evidence (he never produced videos). And found our company SVJ Moving & Storage in the right for trying to do everything possible to appease this customer's legitmate concern (one worker taking ill on the job and 3 scratches found on his furniture)

This customer wanted to save money on his move so he had 15 friends and family members as well as 3 day laborers show up on move day. The house was only 15 foot wide. So along with our crew of 6 it was 24 people running around in a row house. I don't have to tell you it felt like a circus. 18 unexperienced people tried their best to help out but they just corrupted the professional moving process.

I tried to explain to the customer this point, but he would not listen to reason. So he went to the BBB and as I mentioned the complaint was withdrawn in favor of SVJ Moving.

Well wemoved over 283 items for this customer and wrapped every single piece of furniture and upholstery. As he mentioned we wrapped his plasma TVs in boxes and bubble wrap but there is a cost for this. He did not want to pay for it. But if we did notwrap it as you can see by his responseto the mattresses he would of complained about that too.

It isno easy job dealing with the public-but I stillenjoymaking customers happy. I am no longer naive about pleasing every single one; but all we can do is try.

There is more I can say about this customer that would shed light on why he posted these false accusations, but then I would be stooping to his level.

But please know that if you do business with SVJ Moving you will be treated with respect and our service will be second to none-this I guarantee. And once again I apologize to you the customer and all my hard working employees and their families whocan in some way beaffected by this.
