Swagtron Swagway X2 South Bend Indiana

I purchased a Swagtron Swagway X2 on December 6th, 2016 because of the $199 sale and it was supposed to come with a free carrying case.

I was looking forward to receiving my hover board, only to become extremely disappointed when I discovered it was a used product. It came with a very poorly written instruction manual, and no registration card. There was no carrying case either. I am not interested in burning my house down, so my first order of business was to locate the holographic UL approved sticker which was no where to be found. I traced every part of the transaction by reading email confirmations and order status emails, and locating a cached version of the website used to sell the product.

Because I could not find any reviews of the product online, I decided to make a YouTube video documenting my experience. youtube.com/watch?v=1YymuAw2tx4. Within hours of posting the video, a new manual about the product had surfaced on the Swagtron website with an odd filename of "Swagway-X2-Manual-edit1.pdf", even though the link to the sales page had been taken offline.

Next I emailed their customer support at support@swagtron.com  and received no response. I then posted on PissedConsumer.com and was messaged by Swagtron representative Stephen K. within hours. I replied to his message and never received a response.

It was purchased directly from:

"swagtron.com/product/swagway-x2-hoverboard/", so I would find it hard to be counterfeit coming directly from the Swagtron website.
