 I contacted Swanny Simms via Facebook after seeing beautiful pictures of alleged hair extensions she had completed. She had me pay her up front so she could order my hair. 3-11-2017 appt scheduled for 12:00 Calls me at 8:45 asking me to come sooner. I was under the impression I was going to a licensed salon. Turned out to be her home but I know others that work from home. She cored the extensions a horrible color before seeing my hair. I voiced my concerns and she assured me she could blend it. She finished. The room was poly lot and painted yellow so tones were off. I left and went home not stressed. When I got home and in bright light the color mismatch was hiddeous. I contacted her to ask how much it would be to correct and she offered to return 50% of what I paid. I wanted it corrected. Offered to pay more. She them blocked me on Facebook and began slandering my name. Her Cosomotolgy license number is registered to Swannika Simms. The number is 1120097.
