I had came across SWAPSELLTRADE.COM to make a purchase and I seen how they were trying to get people to join memberships for crazy prices. If it's TRUE drop shipping you shouldn't have to pay for membership. I decided not to take the chance with their membership but did make a purchase from them. I received a reciept from them on August 12th and today still nothing after over 3 weeks. I emailed them stating that I don't want the merch. and to refund my credit card.

I heard nothing from them after 2 days. I called and spoke with a lady that said she was sending my info to JOE to have it processed for a refund. I get an email the same day after I spoke with her stating they reshipped my package and if I don't want it I can send it back with a 25% restock fee. BULLSH**!!!

I called them back and I get an answering service(no surprise). I left a message stating to refund my card immediatly and they should not reship a package when I emailed them and told them over the phone I don't want the merch. and to refund my card. I will be contacting my card company to do a chargeback and contacting my attorney. This "JOE RICHEY" will be brought down along with his crooked business!!!

WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK MR. JOE RICHEY.....NOW!!!!!!

MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING A CHARGE BACK ON MY CARD. YOU WILL BE RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE WHEN MY CARD COMPANY GIVES ME THE GO AHEAD. I am so scared of your threats and we are glad you got your package and will refund less the restocking fee as I told you before and as stated in my terms of service. Your internet temper tantrum doesnt impress me nor coerce me into doing things as you demand. The good thing about america is freedom of speech and freedom of defense.
