Sweepstakes clearing house Dallas Tx. Parent company: Allied Marketing Group. Cashed my checks for $380.82 & delivered nothing. Arlington Texas

Have used this company since 2004 with no problems,  June of this year i put two items on layaway & paid them off 10/05/15.  Noticed back in aug they stopped sending next payment bal due slips in the mail & when i sent in payment I had to include account numbers,  How much to apply to each item & any other information necessary to be sure i got proper credit to my account.  What i purchased totaled $380.82 & my last payment was mailed to them 09/28/15 which was the final payoff.  Havn't received the items,  Cant get them on the phone,  Evidently their web site is down,  Wrote twice inquiring about my account with no reply & its like they just disappeared into thin air.  10/16/15 i called them & wanted to know the status of my account & they appeared to not know anything about what i was inquiring about,  When i gave them the item account numbers they claimed there was no such accounts.  Asked to put their super on the phone & let me speak to someone with more knowledge about whats going on & all of a sudden this person found my account & said ok looks like you are paid up & we will ship your items right away,  You should receive them by the end of the week.  (10/23/15)  Still haven't received them,  Cant get thru to them & feel like i have been robbed.  This company is only 120 miles away from my address & takes about two days to ship by ups.
