I received an envelope with coupons for various products and one of the coupons was for an expensive laptop. The coupon was for 400.00 and I just needed to pay the difference. I mailed the coupon along with the difference of over 300.00. The Notebook, not laptop arrived and seemed fine for 2 weeks then it wouldn't boot, and when it finally did the wi fi no longer works. It now displays the message that the Windows 7 is not a legal installation.'

I tried several times to call customer service but the phone only rings then a recorded announcement thanking you for calling Sweepstakes Clearinghouse, then silence. No further contact. And their website is no longer operating.

Needless to say, I'm out over 300.00 and a little more than angry.
