1. LMAO! There is NO such law whatsover. This statement on their website is utter garbage. Many websites that engage in illegal activities proclaim this statement to deter anyone from filing legal action against them. UTTER RUBISH!!!

2. It is ILLEGAL to import bogus or conterfeit items into the U.S. This includes these "Rolex" watches that they sell under the guise of "Rolex 2008 Replicas." These items are illegal in the US. It is illegal to import and/or sell them!

C. Call your credit card company and beg ignorance of the law and fraud in an attempt to get your money back. You could claim that after you received the item, realized it was a fraud, you returned it to them. Hey, it's worth a shot, right?

Keep in mind that any site that does not tell you a real postal mailing address or a varifiable telephone number is probably a scam or otherwise not on the up and up-there's a REASON websites such as these do not want you to know what legal jurisdiction they fall under.
