SymplisIT/ Drivermagic ripoff, No customer support or any contact information Internet

I have a two yr old program called DriverMAGIC pro wich enables me to locate and install hardware drivers. It was from acompany called RubyMICRO. Well one day i was having trouble with program and tried using one of the program features wich allows me to ask questions and have problems fixed. The feature wouldnt work either. So i tried using the customer support option of program and was directed to a completely different site than RubyMICRO called SympisIT.

This is either a new company that bought RubyMICRO or just a new name. After browsing the site i discovered that my software program "DriverMAGIC" had been upgraded and was almost a completely different program but had most of the same features. In my reciept of the purchase it is stated i can update my software for life as long as i have the order ID, wich i do. So i tried upgrading thinking this will solve the problems. The update didnt work becouse my program wasn't recognized by there computer.

I tried to contact SymplisIT customer support. They did not reply after 2 days. I ended up writing 13 Emails to customer support, customer relations, sales, and any links i could get off the website but still never got any response.
