On 4/28/2004 we were looking at the gov. grants on internet we click on one of the sites and ordered from it. A lady named ashley started calling a couple of days later. When I talk to her she stated, she could get me a government grant to start a business of my own. I wanted to fix up old houses and resale them. She told me to go to a real estate agent. I did, I had over 300 houses to look at. When I called her back to see what the next step was, I spent 1/2 hour trying to get a hold of her.

When I got ahold of her, she told me that I had to pay between $3000- $5000 to learn how to fill out the paper work to see if I could get a grant. Before she told me I would have to pay she ask me how much money I had in my savings, checking, and home equity, and how much I owed out. Thinking I was talking to someone from the government, I told her what she wanted to know.

When I asked her if she was working for the government she said she did not. All she could do is refer me to the grant couch who would work with me for 8- 9 months to learn how to fill out the paper work. No where on the site that we order, did it say we had to pay more! To top it off we could not even access the grants section to see what type of grants they had. We payed for nothing.
