SZ Technology Co., Limited Fradulant use of Facebook for advertising their product

They advertise their product on facebook with a video that isn't even their product and had no permission to use the video (found out from other research).  It took a very long time to receive product and when I did, it wasn't the right style, the right color, and not made of human hair as the video showed.  I tried communicating with the vendor and they kept saying there was nothing wrong with the product so it wasn't a quality problem. After a back and forth debate I finally told them to refund my money and quit the stupid questioning.  I've read many other complaints of people having this same problem.  I think these companies should pay penalties for their fradulant use of advertising, product and the consumer.

I'm going to try to return the product for a refund but am not confident this will happen.  I have to pay shipping to return the product and the shipping was free when I ordered the product. 

I'm just tired of being taken advantage of.  I want to help others not have to go through this "unlawful" process from SZ Technology Co., Limitied.
