Szechuan Restaurant Absolute WORST Service and Most Disrespect EVER at Szechuan in Hurst Hurst Texas

The evening started out okay. Trying to decide where we wanted to go for dinner, we agreed upon Szechuan since we have never been there. The fact that we were the only ones in the entire restaurant should have been our first clue. Then, out comes the beef...or their luke warm, mushy, rubbery, tasteless version of meat. So, like anyone would do, we wanted to send it back for something different. The lady then says "NO, NO CHANGE". We were floored and figured maybe she just didnt understand us, so we tried again..."WE-WANT-TO-TAKE-THIS-BACK-FOR-SOMETHING-ELSE". She then goes on to argue with us about how much the beef costs and that we had to pay for it no matter what.

After arguing and raising her voice at us for over 5 minutes, with obvious disreguard to her customers, she just walks off without another word said. So, we were left just as hungry as before, with a $30 check starrring at us. Needless to say, there was absolutely no tip. The only tip I can offer is to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !
