Sent 3 notices to my deceased Father that my Mother recieved. She is still Greiving and getting these notices has put her into depression. Tamera is trying to con her into selling the house I live in with my wife and children. Be professional and do some research before you send these harrassing offers to buy peoples property.
You are not even a Licensed realator with the state of Calif. She is known as "The Flip Queen" Total scam She invests to fix the house up so it selld for more but when the house sells and the Fix Up Fess are taken out the homeowner gets nothing for the sale. Why do people like this prey on the elderly that have just lost a loved one? Because she knows they aren't in the right frame of mind to understand any contract they are signing. To boot it is my house I live in with my wife and children she tried to steal

I am very sorry to hear of your family's loss. I have been buying and selling real estate for myself for 14 years. I am an investor which does not require a real estate license.
Yes - I do send letters lett ing others know I am interested in buying their house. There was never a price given to you for your home only an offer to call me should you be interested in selling. So I am not sure why you would expect that I would steal your house from you. I actually often times pay more for houses than is offered on the open market.
I send these letters to properties in neighborhoods where I purchase homes. I may have been unaware of your loss and truly sorry to have upset you and your family with my offer to purchase your home (not steal it).
I am happy to remove your name and address from my mailing list if you could please call the number on the card to request I do so. I will need your address. Without this information, I am afraid I am unable to remove future mailings as I can't know that a request to call me if you are interested in selling would cause such distress.
