As a subcontractor, we were promised full payment within 7 days of completion.  It has been 48 days and we have not received payment.  We are filing a lien aginst the property.

  Ty is wanting to pay us "when paid" but that's not what our written agreemetn says. He changed the terms of the agreement without consent or legal authority to do so.
