T-Mobile bill charged me for calls that I, more specific, my daughter did not make. We, my daughter nor I, never made any calls to Iraq. My daughter however, did receive calls from Iraq at times that were within the free time zone. Not only are we being charged for outgoing Iraq calls in the January-February billing statement, we were also charged for Iraq calls in the December-January billing statement.

Naturally, I contacted the customer service department in the Houston, Texas area. I spoke at first to the representative, who at the time changed his statement concerning my bill and call history several times.

On March 11, 2008, I spoke to the supervisor. He also indicated to me that these calls came from my daughter's line. I explained to him that there is a mix-up in the T-Mobile billing system and I am requesting an investigation.

There is also a discrepancy with the December-January online statement. When my daughter looked at it online, there were no "Iraq" calls, now there are over $100.00 worth of "Iraq" calls. Prior to going online she also spoke to a T-Mobile representative who assured her that there were no "Iraq" calls on that billing circle.

On March 12, 2008, I spoke to supervisor. I explained to him that there is some mix-up with our bill and again I went over the discrepancy in the verbal information provided to my daughter and I, as well as the billing statement. He indicated to me that there was nothing for him to do since the T-Mobile system indicates that the calls did come from my daughter's line.

At that point I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said that he will have to take my name and number and will have someone from marketing contact me. I gave him a number where I can be reached at all times. It is now March 14, 2008, and I have yet to hear from T-Mobile concerning this issue. Keep in mind that I did ask both representatives to provide details about the investigative process as it relates to a customer's dispute.

Presently, T-Mobile has sent me a bill with the amount due of $541.75. Last billing circle it was around $300.00. I paid the last bill because as indicated by your representative it was due to call overage. I thought the amount too high but, our relationship with T-Mobile representatives has been pretty much above board and as such there was no reason to doubt the legitimacy of what was communicated to us.

But, the present bill raises a lot of questions. The first being what type of scam is the Houston, Texas office running that they will bill to none international service customer, out going international calls. We never signed up for international service with T-Mobile.
