T-Mobile No Refund for 8 months, still waiting and they know they owe it to me, same address Chicago Illinois

I purchased 2 cell phones from a T-Mobile Solution stand in the mall in my area and returned them in a timely fashion according to the receipt I was given. The T-Mobile Solution stand in the mall refunded their end of the bargain to my credit card, but the company has yet to refund my $76.00 check that was supposed to be sent in the mail 7 months ago!!! This company is crazy and totally running scams on people!

I have heard of this happening before since it's happened to me and it is the most depressing thing that they have so much money by ripping off some of their customers! I have been calling and calling and holding and holding on their lines, speaking to every supervisor alive and they promised to issue out this check, but still no check comes. They are phoney about how compassionate they are towards my refund, but it still never gets sent out.

I am still waiting on this refund of just $76.00 and they keep lying and saying it's getting sent out, when it actually is not nor has it been found to be cashed. They play dumb like they don't know what's going on with it and claim there is no other way to get the refund, but they're lying. No way should I still have to wait since March for money that is due to me. Someone, please help me with this unfair situation of theft from such a rich and reputable company!
